Hello and welcome to Joppa Meadows Counseling Associates (JMCA). JMCA was founded in 2023 by husband and wife team Cash and Amanda Cranson. Amanda had been providing mental health services in a multitude of settings for many years. Cash has a 20+ year career in non-profit management of healthcare and social service agencies. Seeing the ever increasing need for quality, easily accessible mental health care, the couple decided to utilize both of their specialities and create JMCA.

SimplePractice, LLC is our practice management software for scheduling, case management, Telehealth, and therapy notes. SimplePractice, LLC, uses a HIPAA compliant software so your information will be securely kept.
All clients will receive a individually specific log-in to access your client portal where you can see history of appointments, billing, and administrative forms related to your treatment and care. For each telehealth appointment you will receive a unique, one-time private link for your appointment which you can access from desktop or mobile device." This is designed for individuals to explore the reasons that brought them to counseling as well as develop and employ the plan to make the changes they desire in their life.
Private Pay
First Session (assessment & goal setting) | 50 mins | $300
Future 50 min sessions | $150
Couple or family sessions
As a group, this time will be spent evaluating your relationship and hardships to better understand the root of the problem and empower healthy conversation and habits outside of the sessions.

Clinical Supervision
JMCA also provides clinical supervision in NH and MA to clinicians looking to achieve or advance their licensing.
