Amanda Cranson
LICSW & Founder of JMCA

Amanda takes a compassionate yet direct stance to help you increase fulfillment and happiness in your life. She strives to act as a coach and active partner in helping individuals set and reach their goals. She uses a collaborative, skills-focused approach that balances change with acceptance. Amanda specializes in Depression, Anxiety, stress management, PTSD, trauma, relationship problems, anger/behavioral issues, low self-esteem, infertility/post-partum, self-harm, and coping with challenging life events (e.g. Divorce, illness, stress at work, difficult family dynamics). She has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy and incorporates a mix of evidence-based treatment modalities to fit your needs and help you accomplish your goals. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and also holds school social work licenses in these states. She has experience working with individuals aged 3-90 and has practiced in public schools, private schools, hospitals, and private practice. She obtained a Master's in Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor's in Art Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. 

In her free time, Amanda enjoys skiing, going to local farms, and spending time with friends and family.

Cash Cranson
MPA & Founder of JMCA

Cash is founder and business manager of JMCA. You will interact with him during initial setting up of your services and with any administrative questions or needs. Cash has a career in non-profit management of healthcare and social services agencies in various leadership roles. He currently serves as operations director for a large regional non-profit specializing in transportation for low-income individuals and families. He obtained a Master's in Public Administrative (MPA) from Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University, and undergrad in Cultural Studies from Western Washington University.

He is passionate about helping others, engaging in a multitude of hobbies, and his cat Tugboat.
